a. Services provided: Life & Mindset Coaching, Business Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Yoga.
b. These services are not a substitute for professional advice or therapy and users should seek appropriate guidance as needed.

3. User Responsibilities:

a. Clients must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
b. Clients are responsible for their own well-being during and after participating in our services.
c. Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected in all interactions with Kat Taniberg, her team & her community.

4. Payment and Refund Policy:
a. Payments can be made via cash, e-transfers or credit/debit cards.
b. There are no refunds.

5. Privacy Policy:
a. Kat Taniberg Wellness Inc may collect the following types of personal information from users: Name, Email address, Payment information (if applicable) & Other information voluntarily provided by users through forms of communication.
b. This information won’t be shared with third parties.
c. Everything shared during client sessions will be confidential.
